    Hi! I just listen to this video. I am not a member but receive your e-mail . I am on low carb keto . It is working . I have 5 pounds to be at my goal. God show me that I have a hard time with control portion. I also eat my emotions . Need to learn to rely on him. To trust in Him that He is the one who do it not ourself alone.
