Why we're different?

Our belief is that until you understand why you do what you do, you will continue to repeat it.

Our approach is to guide you to another way of thinking so you can access your God-given power to achieve your health goals. We will give you practical and biblical tools to help you get to the root of why you do what you do. Our 5-step model which is the basis for all of the WLGW books and courses also form the foundation for one-on-one coaching.

Lastly, we understand that total health encompasses all aspects of your life, not just your physical health, so our sessions will address you as a whole person—soul, body, and spirit

How does the coaching work?

We will guide you on how to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be by helping you discover the variety of factors that have been blocking your success.

 

 

We will discover roadblocks and obstacles, and implement practical strategies so you can overcome them, all while referring to biblical principles.

 

 

After an initial consultation, our first session is called the ‘Clarity Call’ – where we spend the majority of time developing expected outcomes and goals and establishing a clear focus for our sessions.

 

 

The initial session is 1 hour in length, then subsequent are 30-40 min. long.

If you appreciate that change takes time and want to truly overcome what’s keep holding you back from achieving your ideal weight, We invite you to partner with us as we coach you through our Breakthrough Method for healthy weight releasing.

We meet 1x per week virtually. The time between our calls will allow you to practice and apply some of the strategies and principles we discuss. I put a high emphasis on practice. Practice makes progress is one of my philosophies.

Why should I invest in coaching?

A coach can help you to make the shifts in your life that you’re unable to make on your own.

If you’ve been yo-yo dieting for as long as you can remember; if you want to learn how to incorporate your faith into your health journey; or you know there’s more to health than just diet and exercise, we can help.

In the end, investing in a WLGW coach should be a very prayerful and personal decision. This is why we provide a free 30-minute introductory session so you get to know us and we can get to know you. After that session, both of us together can decide whether a coaching relationship makes sense.
