Im feeling great. I’m down 8 pounds already!
Its feels great to feel great again. I almost forgot the feeling.
So far Olga and I have completed:
-2 pre-cleanse days: 2 protein shakes and a 400-600 calorie meal, accelerator capsules, and light snacks throughout the day
-and 2 cleanse days: 4 cleansing drinks, lots of water, accelerator capsules, and light snacks throughout the day
-for the next 5 days we are the pattern the same as the pre-cleanse days- :2 protein shakes and a 400-600 calorie meal, accelerator capsules, and light snacks throughout the day
So far I’m slightly in the lead. I’m down 8 pounds and Olga’s down 7.2. Its going to be a close one.
