Day 1 – GOAL-SETTING
Philippians 3:13-14 – Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies
behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in
Christ Jesus.
2 Chronicles 15:7 – But you, take courage! Do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded.
2 Peter 3:18 – But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now
and to the day of eternity. Amen.
Philippians 4:12 – I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the
secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need.
Day 2 – COUNT THE COSTS
Hebrews 5:8 – Although he was a son, he learned obedience through what he suffered.
Romans 12:1 – I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy
and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
2 Corinthians 6:14 – Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with
lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
Acts 17:26 – And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined
allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place …
Day 3 – CONSEQUENCES OF INACTION
Proverbs 14:12 – There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.
James 4:17 – So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
James 4:3 – You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions.
Day 4 – UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS
Proverbs 13:11 – Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.
Luke 16:10 – One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also
dishonest in much.
Proverbs 24:27 – Prepare your work outside; get everything ready for yourself in the field, and after that build your house.
Day 5 – SUBMISSION
2 Corinthians 5:17 – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has
come.
John 14:26 – But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and
bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
Proverbs 3:6 – In all your ways acknowledge Him and he will make your paths straight.
Day 6 – POWER OF PRAYER
John 14:14 – If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.
1 John 5:14-15 – And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he
hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.
James 5:18 – Then he prayed again, and heaven gave rain, and the earth bore its fruit.
Day 7 – MAKING POWERFUL CHOICES
Proverbs 14:12 – There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.
Matthew 7:13-14 – Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those
who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
Exodus 21:24-25 – Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for
stripe.
Day 8 – POWERFUL AFFIRMATIONS
Psalm 119:13 – With my lips I recount all the laws that come from your mouth.
Psalm 40:9 – I proclaim righteousness in the great assembly; I do not seal my lips, as you know, O LORD.
Psalm 22:22 – I will declare your name to my brothers; in the congregation I will praise you.
Day 9 – RAISING YOUR AWARENESS
Romans 12:2 – Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing
you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
2 Corinthians 4:16 – So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day
by day.
Day 10 – COMING TO GRIPS WITH OUR SIN NATURE
1 Peter 5:8 – Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone
to devour.
1 John 3:8 – Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The
reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.
1 Corinthians 10:13 – No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you
be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to
endure it.

Day 11 – WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?
1 John 4:1 – Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false
prophets have gone out into the world.

Day 12 and 13 – TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
Matthew 27:24 – When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water
and washed his hands in front of the crowd. “I am innocent of this man’s blood,” he said. “It is your responsibility!”
Genesis 43:9 – I myself will guarantee his safety; you can hold me personally responsible for him. If I do not bring himback to you and set him here before you, I will bear the blame before you all my life.
2 Samuel 14:9 – But the woman from Tekoa said to him, “My lord the king, let the blame rest on me and on my father’s
family, and let the king and his throne be without guilt.”
Day 14 – AVOIDING PROCRASTINATION
Psalm 34:4 – I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.
Joshua 18:3 – So Joshua said to the Israelites, “How long will you wait before you begin to take possession of the land that
the Lord, the God of your fathers, has given you?”
2 Timothy 1:7 – For God did not give us a spirit of timidity but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.
Day 15 – OVERCOMING EMOTIONAL EATING
Ephesians 6:12 – For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the authorities, against
the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
Ephesians 4:26 – Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger.
Day 16 – SELF-IMAGE
Psalm 139:13-14 – For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I
am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Genesis 1:27 – So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created
them.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 – He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he
cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.
Ephesians 2:10 – For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand,
that we should walk in them.
Genesis 1:31 – And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and
there was morning, the sixth day.
Day 17 – SELF-CONTROL
John 16:33 – I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart!
I have overcome the world.
James 4:7 – Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
1 Peter 4:7 – The end of all things is at hand; therefore, be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers.

Day 18 – STAYING FOCUSED
Psalm 119:15 – I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways.
1 Corinthians 7:35 – I say this for your own benefit, not to lay any restraint upon you, but to promote good order and to
secure your undivided devotion to the Lord.
Philippians 4:8 – Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever
is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
Proverbs 4:25-27 – Let your eyes look straight ahead … Do not swerve to the right or the left.
Day 19 – PARTNERSHIPS
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 – Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up
his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie together, they keep warm,
but how can one keep warm alone? And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a
threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Proverbs 27:17 – Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.
Matthew 18:20 – For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.
Day 20 – PRIORITIZING
Matthew 6:33 – But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Ecclesiastes 10:2 – The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left.
Matthew 6:21 – For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
3 John 1:2 – Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.
Day 21 – STAYING ON TRACK
James 2:18 – But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and
I will show you my faith by my works.
