The day will be tailored to your specific needs, here is a sample of what a day could look like:
9:30-10:00 am: Opening Prayer, Welcome + Health assessment
We will complete a health assessment that includes your waist-to-hip ratio, Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage
10:00-11:30 am: 90 Minute Coaching Session
Determine a healthy weight range for you
We will begin with identifying and grounding your goals in the Lord
We will write a vision for your health and set SMART goals
We will design an exercise program for you based your goals
We will design a meal plan for you based on the unique needs of your body.
11:30 – 11:40 am: 10 min stretch break
11:40 am – 12:40 pm: 60 Minute Coaching Session
We will identify your priorities and values.
12:30pm -1:00 pm: Working lunch
1:00-2:00pm: 60 Minute Coaching Session – Core Fears/ Limiting Beliefs and False Identities
We will look at any self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back and keeping you stuck
We will develop a healthy and manageable daily routine
We will identify and give you tools to identify any health blocks
2:00-2:30pm: Closing Prayer, Wrap Up and Questions

1 hour coaching call ahead of the intensive
5 hour intensive held in at a location of your choice
1 post intensive coaching call, scheduled 2 weeks after the intensive
1 month and 3 month follow up calls
All worksheets, assessment reports and custom designed programs
